Happy birthday Granny: Commonwealth Games medallist Kirsty Barr delighted to deliver perfect present
Northern Ireland shooter Kirsty Barr's silver medal at the Commonwealth Games was a timely present for her grandmother.
Barr came through a tough final battle against some of the world's best to secure second place in the women's trap - and all just in time to help spark some big celebrations back home in Craigavon.
"Can I say happy birthday to my granny?," Barr laughed while speaking to BBC. "It's her birthday tomorrow - Happy birthday Granny!"

She began the qualification by shooting a maximum 25 in round one and bounced back from a disappointing 21 in round two to score 23 in the final round and qualify joint-first on a score of 69.
Kirsty proved it was no fluke with a thrilling final display, pipped only by Australian Laetisha Scanlan by a single shot.
"I'm over the moon," she beamed with an infectious smile. "It's been brilliant. I never expected to come away with a silver medal so I'm totally chuffed.
"It was nerve-wracking - absolutely horrendous. But the feeling at the end definitely made it worthwhile. A silver medal, who'd have thought?" she said, gazing at the silver medal draped round her neck.
