Defending Premiership champions Brigade may have to win their final group game against Fox Lodge to be assured of a top-four finish after losing a high-scoring thriller against Glendermott yesterday.
Bonds Glen, who defeated Coleraine in the first round of the Senior Cup on Saturday, followed up yesterday by beating Strabane by seven wickets to put the pressure on the Beechgrove side next weekend.
The Bee Gees are away to Bready and can overtake Brigade with victory, if the champions slip up. The best finish in yesterday’s full league programme was at Ardmore, where Conor Brolly hit the final two balls for four to give the home side a one-wicket victory over Fox Lodge.
