The Danske Bank Premiership champions will welcome either Flora Tallinn of Estonia or KR Reykjavik of Ireland to Windsor Park should they defeat the Maltese champions at the same venue on September 17.
Meanwhile, Coleraine will travel to either KF Laci of Albania or, more likely, Hapoel Beer-Sheva of Israel if they can overcome Motherwell in their second round tie at the Showgrounds.

If they could somehow overcome AC Milan, Shamrock Rovers would be handed a home tie with one of FK Bodo/Glimt (Norway) or FK Zalgiris Vilnius (Lithuania), while Dundalk would be away to Sheriff of Macedonia should they take care of Inter Escaldes.
Bala Town's reward if they defeat Standard Liege would be a home tie with FC Vojvodina of Serbia and The New Saints would be away to one of CSKA Sofia (Bulgaria) or Bate Borisov (Belarus) should they see off B36 Torshavn.
