Forest fire out warning ahead of showdown with holders Chelsea
Nottingham Forest boss Aitor Karanka believes his side can put out the FA Cup holders for the second successive season.
The Reds face Chelsea - who beat Manchester United in last year's final - at Stamford Bridge today, almost 12 months to the day since they beat then holders Arsenal 4-2 at the City Ground.
"If I don't believe, I can't convince the players," Karanka said.
"I am convinced that we can compete against them because we always compete against good teams."
Frank Lampard insists his Derby side can go all the way as they prepare to launch their campaign against Premier League strugglers Southampton at Pride Park today.
When asked for his aim in the competition, Lampard said: "To win it! Well, to win against Southampton to start with. We go into every game looking to win. We had a great run in the Carabao Cup earlier this season."
Garry Monk has urged his Birmingham City players to dare to dream by springing a "huge upset" against West Ham at London Stadium today. "It would be a huge shock but those are the things you dream about," he said.
