Stuart Dallas has spoken about his immense pride in being handed the captain’s armband for Northern Ireland on this summer’s tour.

In the absence of Steven Davis and Jonny Evans, Dallas proved to be an inspiring skipper on and off the pitch. He led by example as Northern Ireland beat Malta 3-0 in an end of season friendly earning a first victory in 90 minutes for manager Ian Baraclough and was tireless during a 1-0 loss in Ukraine ahead of Andriy Shevchenko’s side going to the Euro 2020 finals.
