Cliftonville has announced the signings of defensive additions Conor McMenamin and Damien McNulty.

McMenamin joins the club from Warrenpoint Town.

He started his career as a striker for Linfield before joining Glentoran and later moving to a defensive role.

The 22-year-old's versatility will factor into Barry Gray's options for the season ahead.

McNulty has previously played for Limavady United, Coleraine and Finn Harps.

The north Belfast club has also confirmed winger Ross Lavery, who has scored nine goals in 57 appearances since making his debut in April 2016, has signed a contract extension.

This week Jason Mooney, Gary Donnelly, and Daniel Reynolds have all left the club.
