Cliftonville forward Stephen Garrett made available to other clubs
Cliftonville have announced that forward Stephen Garrett has been made available to other clubs.
The 32-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at the club after the arrivals of Joe Gormley and Rory Donnelly and is now looking a new challenge.
"Following discussions between the Manager and Stephen Garrett, it has been mutually agreed that Stephen is available to speak to other Clubs," read Cliftonville's statement.
Former Newry striker Garrett moved to the Reds in 2010 and has been a key contributor at Solitude since, winning two league titles with the team.
In nine seasons with the club, the forward has made 292 appearances across all competitions, scoring 41 goals and providing 24 assists.
Garrett would provide an experienced head to any Irish League club, one who is a proven goal-scorer at the highest level of Northern Irish football.
