Goalkeeper Richard Brush makes Cliftonville return after serious illness
Richard Brush made his return to the Cliftonville lineup on Saturday afternoon after being out for a month with a serious illness.
He was part of the eleven selected to take on Crusaders at Solitude on Boxing Day with regular keeper Brian Neeson suspended.
The 33-year-old keeper was rushed to hospital after suddenly falling ill following a home win over Newry City in November.
It was after a game on his way home from the north Belfast stadium that the father-of-one took ill in his car and had to pull over.
Brush's return to the first team had not been expected and fans will be glad to see the keeper return giving the limited goalkeeping options at the club.
