Caolan Marron was a 13-year-old student at St Joseph’s High School in Newry the last time Glentoran had won a league game at Seaview — but he helped banish that dismal record in last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat of Crusaders.

Ten years of frustration lifted from the shoulders of the players as the east Belfast side recorded their first top flight victory at the venue since August 2011.
