The next two Danske Bank Premiership games set for Sky Sports announced

The next two Danske Bank Premiership fixtures to be broadcast live on Sky Sports have been revealed.

Champions Linfield hosting title-rivals Crusaders at Windsor Park on Monday 23 October will see the cameras roll in for a game which has regularly guaranteed excitement. The two sides recently met at Seaview, in which Stephen Baxter’s side came out victorious thanks to two stunning goals from Jordan Forsythe and Paul Heatley.

Two weeks later, the Sky Sports cameras will show Ballymena United's visit to Gary Haveron’s resurgent Glentoran team on Monday 6 November. The East Belfast men have already defeated the Sky Blues this season, but David Jeffrey’s men have a fine record at the Oval and will be looking for a repeat of the stunning 3-2 comeback victory they enjoyed last December.

Before those, of course, Glentoran's game at home to Crusaders on Monday October 2 will be broadcast on Sky Sports.

NIFL Managing Director Andrew Johnston said: “We’re delighted that two more top games will be shown live across the United Kingdom on Sky Sports. We’ve had a superb start to the current season and I’m sure these games will showcase the talent within our league.”

Last season Sky Sports returned to the Danske Bank Premiership and will show live games until the end of the 2021/22 season.

Danske Bank Premiership games to be shown on Sky Sports

Monday 2 October: Glentoran v Crusaders (kick-off: 7.45pm)

Monday 23 October: Linfield v Crusaders (kick-off: 7.45pm)

Monday 6 November: Glentoran v Ballymena United (kick-off: 7.45pm)
