Northern Ireland striker Kyle Lafferty has been released by Norwich City.
The Fermanagh man joined the club in 2014 from Palmero but found himself largely on the fringes of the squad. In 39 appearances the forward found the net just four times, the last against Leeds in November.
This season the former Rangers player made 16 appearances, 14 as sub, in all competitions and scoring twice for the canaries. He was reportedly paid £34,000 a week.
Norwich sit eighth in the Championship.
Lafferty's departure was announced with six others from the club.
Norwich Sporting Director Stuart Webber said: "We’d like to place on record our sincere thanks to all of the players who are moving on for their contribution to the club and wish them all the very best in the next chapter in their careers."
Last week Scottish media reported on how the former Ibrox man would love a return to Rangers.
