N.Ireland U21s suffer Hungary loss

Northern Ireland's Under-21 side put up a brave showing in Hungary but it was not enough as they suffered a 3-2 friendly defeat to Hungary.

Having fallen behind early on in Tatabanya, Stephen Robinson's youthful side equalised through Derry City's Shane McEleney.

They stayed level until half-time, only to slide behind three minutes after it and then concede again on the hour.

But they finished the stronger of the two sides, scoring again through Accrington striker James Gray's 90th-minute penalty, only to have left themselves short of time to find an equaliser.
