Northern Ireland winger McGinn set to leave South Korean team Gwangiu

Northern Ireland star Niall McGinn is set to leave South Korean club Gwangju.

The 30-year-old has reportedly terminated his contract after the team were relegated from the K-League.

The Northern Ireland winger signed for Gwangiu last summer becoming the first Irishman to play for a South Korean club.

Beginning his football career with the Dungannon Swifts, the Tyrone man then went on to play for Derry City, Celtic and Brentford.

McGinn will return to the UK and is expected to have offers from English and Scottish clubs.
