All the players need feedback after Spurs defeat not just Pickford, says Silva
Everton manager Marco Silva insists he will not single out goalkeeper Jordan Pickford for special treatment after another mistake by the England international.
Gareth Southgate's number one rushed out of his goal but got in a tangle with defender Kurt Zouma to allow Tottenham to crucially score the equaliser on their way to a 6-2 victory at Goodison Park.
It was the third error by Pickford which has led to a goal this season, the joint-worst record in the Premier League alongside Bournemouth's Asmir Begovic and Arsenal's Bernd Leno.
However, Silva believes his goalkeeper is not the only one whose performance needs to be looked at more closely.
"It is our job. Not just with Jordan, with all of them," he said. "These type of things happen in the game.
"It is something which has happened in the last few matches but we have to give them feedback to stop it happening again."
The defeat leaves Everton worse off than this time 12 months ago, when they were on their third manager of the campaign, ahead of today's trip to Burnley.
