Manchester City have confirmed Ivory Coast midfielder Abdul Razak has made his loan move to Anzhi Makhachkala permanent.
Under the terms of Razak's loan arrangement, which was due to run until June next year, Anzhi were able to make the move permanent after his first appearance of the season against City's upcoming Champions League opponents CSKA Moscow at the end of September.
"Everyone at the club would like to wish Abdul all the best in his future career," said a statement on the club's website.
The 20-year-old, who has been capped four times by Ivory Coast, joined City from Crystal Palace in 2010 and impressed Roberto Mancini sufficiently to make his first-team debut the following year in a 3-0 win over West Brom.
Loan spells with Portsmouth, Brighton and Charlton saw interest in the midfielder grow prior to his move to Russia.
