Liverpool target 'Jewel of Israel' and a German international, according to latest transfer rumours

While Liverpool's defensive woes are continually exposed, the latest transfer rumours have linked the club with more attacking players.

Tuttotsport have suggested the Reds are preparing to land the 18-year-old midfielder known as the Jewel of Israel. Reports suggest the club are preparing to pay £4.5 million for Maccabi Petah Tikva's MANOR SOLOMON, who has already been called up to the senior Israel panel. Juventus are also thought to be interested in the tricky, pacey player.

Here are a few of his highlights including a goal (what's the keeper doing?) and an assist:

Another familiar name has also returned to the Liverpool gossip column with Telefoot linking the Reds with a move for in-and-out PSG man JULIAN DRAXLER. The German has started only half of PSG's opening 10 Ligue 1 fixtures, coming off the bench in all three of their Champions League ties. Draxler has also been long linked to a move to Arsenal and sent social media into a frenzy earlier this month when he uploaded a picture of an Arsenal shirt with Sead Kolasinac's name on the back.

After Tottenham held Real Madrid to a 1-1 draw in their Champions League clash, the Spanish giants could be interested in having manager MAURICIO POCHETTINO at the Bernabeu when current boss Zinedine Zidane decides to call it a day at the reigning La Liga champions, according to the Mirror.

YAYA TOURE's time at the Etihad may be drawing to a close after eight seasons, with the Daily Star reporting the Ivorian will be hopping across the Atlantic to join sister club New York City FC and play in the MLS. The club are currently coached by former Arsenal and Manchester City midfielder Patrick Vieira.

Sticking with Manchester City, and Lyon defender MOUCTAR DIAKHABY is on the club's radar according to a report in the Sun, who say the 20-year-old was scouted as Everton took on the French club in the Europa League.

Former Sunderland boss DAVID MOYES is a man in demand according to the Mirror - with Everton eyeing him up to replace Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park after a dismal start to the season. The Scot could also be offered a job replacing Gordon Strachan as coach of the Scottish national team, the paper reports.

Arsenal will be sitting down with representatives of JACK WILSHERE over the next month to ensure the midfielder does not leave on a free in the summer, reports the Daily Mail. The 25-year-old has previously been the subject of interest from Everton and Roma, but the paper reports Chelsea and Manchester City could also be interested if he shows improvements in his fitness.
