Liverpool could be set to add three new players to their panel, according to the latest transfer rumours.
The Reds are at the top of the Premier League but sit just four points ahead of chasing champions Manchester City. However, the rumours suggest that current transfer discussions are with a view to expanding the squad for next season, rather than bolstering their options for the run-in.
First up, the Reds have agreed a deal to sign Turkish midfielder Abdulkadir Ömür, according to reports in his home country. Ajansspor claims that the move won't be announced yet to prevent any negative reaction from the fans of the 19-year-old's current club Trabzonspor. Ömür is still awaiting his senior international debut but his club performances this season will have done him no harm. He has contributed two goals and three assists this term, playing mainly on the right wing. He does possess a trait that Jurgen Klopp is known to love; versatility. He can also play through the centre or on the left.Sandro Tonali is another teenager said to be close to finalising a move to Liverpool. La Gazzetta dello Sport reporter Nicolo Schira has claimed that the Reds have opened talks with Brescia for the 18-year-old, who has a reported asking price of €35m. Tonali has been branded the 'next Pirlo' but his agent blasted back at the label, claiming his client is 'stronger' than the Italian legend was at the same age. Despite his tender age, the playmaker has already made 36 starts in Serie B. Liverpool will, however, have to see off interest from Serie A sides Roma, Juventus, Milan and Inter to get their man, according to Schira.
Finally, Liverpool are in a group of clubs ready to move for Adrien Rabiot, according to L'Equipe. The PSG midfielder is available on a free transfer this summer. Rabiot, 23, is reported to have told Tottenham he is not interested in a move to the north London club this month, with Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea also said to be keen on bringing him in this summer. Rabiot has not played for PSG since December 11, having refused to sign a new contract.
Meanwhile, Manchester City have been told they will need to pay upwards of £35m to land Schalke midfielder Sebastian Rudy, the Manchester Evening News says. City want to bring in the 28-year-old as a potential replacement for Fernandinho after they missed out on signing Frenkie De Jong from Ajax.
Tottenham may be interested in adding to their squad before the window closes on Thursday, with Leeds hot prospect Jack Clarke in the frame, according to the Daily Mirror. However the Elland Road side are said to be reluctant to sell the winger.Eden Hazard: Real Madrid have made the Chelsea and Belgium forward their top transfer target in the summer after the LaLiga side gave up hope of signing Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen, says AS.

In the Championship, Birmingham’s top scorer Che Adams could be on his way out of St Andrews, the Daily Mirror reports. Adams, who signed for the Blues in 2016, is subject of interest from Southampton, who have tabled a £8m bid, the paper reports. Fulham, Burnley, Leicester and Wolves are also interested.
Stoke are among the sides interested in taking on Burnley striker Sam Vokes, the Stoke Sentinel says. Vokes has three goals in 20 Premier League games this season and new Potters manager Nathan Jones is looking to spend £9m on the Wales international.
Nottingham Forest are looking to bolster their defence with West Ham’s Reece Oxford as the side aim to push for a play-off spot. The Reds are looking at making a move for the £8m-rated defender, according to the Daily Mirror.
