Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted January signings are unlikely at Anfield. However, the rumours suggest three names that could be big long-term recruits for the Reds.
First up, Liverpool are keen on landing Eden Hazard's brother Thorgan, according to reports in Germany. Kicker claim that the Reds will face competition from Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea after his blistering start to the season. Hazard has netted 11 goals and contributed six assists so far this season for Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Staying in the Bundesliga and Liverpool are again being talked up in relation to Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic. Devon Live claims that the German side have suggested they could cash in on the USA international, whose contract expires in 2020. A fee of around £50m is expected to be required while Manchester United and Chelsea are also said to be interested.
If Liverpool want some proven Premier League talent, they could look to Brighton's Pascal Gross. The Daily Mirror has claimed the Reds are prepared to make a £15m move but Calciomercato reckon West Ham are also vying for his signature. The 27-year-old has netted eight Premier League goals since arriving at Brighton in 2017.
