Mum's the word for five-star Liverpool teen Trent: Klopp
Trent Alexander-Arnold enjoyed a special family celebration after his first Premier League goal at Anfield helped Liverpool sink Swansea 5-0.
Philippe Coutinho netted on his 200th appearance for the Reds but it was not until the second half that the floodgates opened with Roberto Firmino scoring either side of a brilliant strike from Alexander-Arnold, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain completing the rout.
Boss Jurgen Klopp revealed that Alexander-Arnold's mother paid an unexpected visit to the club to let the German know the 19-year-old's family were coming over from America to watch the game.
"I asked her if that is an order for (putting him) in the line-up - she said: 'Yes'," joked Klopp.
"I am really happy for him. It is a nice little story. His first-half wasn't fantastic, but in the second-half he stepped up and played really well."
