Riyad Mahrez's treble fired Leicester to the top of the table

Lloris, Tottenham. Played: 90mins. (1-1 v West Brom) - No clean sheet for the France and Spurs captain but his fantastic reflex save to deny Jonas Olsson's volley late on extended the north Londoners' unbeaten run to 14 games.

Daniels, Bournemouth. Played: 90mins (1-0 v Chelsea) - Bournemouth have scored plenty of goals since joining the top table but Daniels and Co showed they can keep the big boys out too with a clean sheet at Stamford Bridge.

Shawcross, Stoke. Played: 90mins. (2-0 v Man City) - After taking eight attempts to record a clean sheet in Shawcross' absence, Stoke have now kept opponents at bay in four of the five games since he returned.

Reid, West Ham. Played: 90mins (0-0 v Man Utd) - Louis van Gaal's United were left frustrated again at Old Trafford and New Zealander Reid, the immovable object at the heart of the Hammers' defence, was a large part of that.

Cresswell, West Ham. Played: 90mins. (0-0 v Man Utd) - The energetic left-back helped keep United at bay at one end while producing the delivery which almost led to a goal for the visitors at the other.

Shaqiri, Stoke. Played: 70mins. (2-0 v Man City) - This was the moment Stoke fans have been waiting for ever since Shaqiri swapped Milan for Staffordshire as he terrorised Manuel Pellegrini's side and produced a pair of assists.

Wijnaldum, Newcastle. Played: 90 mins (2-0 v Liverpool) - The Dutch international could have revived Newcastle's season in early December - even if Martin Skrtel's key deflection may well rob him of a double against Liverpool.
