The THREE top midfielders linked with Liverpool moves and Juventus star to Manchester United: transfer rumours
Liverpool have been linked with three midfield players in the latest transfer rumours.
The first is Manchester City's highly-rated 19-year-old star JAVAIRO DILROSUN, who is out of contract next summer. Liverpool have been named by the Daily Mail in a list of admirers that also includes Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Juventus and Valencia. The Netherlands Under 19 international has yet to feature for Manchester City's first-team but is now a regular for the Under-23s. He joined the club from Ajax back in 2014.
The second midfielder to be linked with Liverpool is less of a surprise. French newspaper L'Equipe has claimed that the Reds have made contact with PSG over a loan move for JULIAN DRAXLER in January. Liverpool have long been said to be interested in the German international, who arrived in France from Wolfsburg in January this year. The 24-year-old has started only seven of PSG's 13 Ligue One matches so far this season.
And finally Liverpool have also been named as a potential destination for their former midfield star JAVIER MASCHERANO. The Argentinian, who has move to centre-back since joining Barcelona in 2010, has started just five Serie A games this season. Teamtalk.com have reported that Barcelona have contacted the Anfield club to offer them first refusal on a deal to resign the 33-year-old in January.
Meanwhile, PAULO DYBALA may be leaving Juventus and had admitted he misses Manchester United player Paul Pogba, igniting speculation he may move to Old Trafford. The 24-year-old has been linked with a move to United, Barcelona and Real Madrid, claims the Mirror.
West Brom's hunt for a new manager to replace Tony Pulis is well under way with a raft of names being linked with the Hawthorns hot-seat. The Express and Star says the side are looking at taking on ALAN PARDEW, reporting the former Newcastle and Crystal Palace boss will be interviewed this week.
One man who is not interested in a return to management, though, is LOUIS VAN GAAL, who has ruled himself out of the Everton job, according to the Liverpool Echo.
On the transfer front, Arsenal are keen on signing Schalke midfielder LEON GORETZKA in the January window, according to the Daily Mirror. The paper reports the 22-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer, is also subject to interest from Manchester City and Juventus.
