The two teenage defenders wanted by Liverpool and Tottenham while Fellaini offered MASSIVE deal by PSG: transfer rumours
Liverpool and Tottenham are set to go head-to-head over two upcoming defensive stars, according to the latest transfer rumours.
The two Premier League clubs are both looking down the football league pyramid in a bid to bolster their squads.
Again linked with the two clubs, as well as Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United is Fulham full-back RYAN SESSEGNON. The Daily Mail report that all five clubs have scouted the player, who recently signed a new three-year deal at Craven Cottage. That contract does not include a release clause but the Mail reports that is not likely to put off his high-flying suitors.
He can also play on the left wing and scored three goals in his side's 5-4 win over Sheffield United on Tuesday evening to become the first 17-year-old to score a hat-trick in one of England's top four tiers since Dele Alli.
Also linked with a move to Anfield or White Hart Lane is Stevenage defender BEN WILMOT. The Daily Mail have claimed that 30 scouts attended the club's Checkatrade Trophy tie with Brighton U21s two weeks ago and that Liverpool and Tottenham are two of the teams tracking the 18-year-old centre-back's progress. Wilmot came through the Stevenage youth system but has yet to feature in a League Two match - named on the bench seven times in the league.
These reports come after Liverpool were linked with a trio of midfield stars.

The saga surrounding ALEXIS SANCHEZ looks set to continue, with the Mirror reporting that Paris St German are looking at taking on the Arsenal man - and could even be tempted to make a move in the January transfer window. The Ligue 1 leaders will face competition from Manchester City for the Chile international, the paper reports.
Back on the management merry-go-round, the Daily Mail reports that Everton are looking at making a move for RB Leipzig's RALF RANGNICK after sacking RONALD KOEMAN in October. It comes after the club failed in their efforts to bring Watford's MARCO SILVA to Goodison Park, the paper reports.
To another side who are looking to fill a vacancy and West Brom's hopes of bringing in former England boss SAM ALLARDYCE are fading according to the Mirror. The paper adds that ALAN PARDEW is keen on taking up the reins at the Hawthorns.
JOSHUA KIMMICH, who was in the sights of Manchester City, is in talks about signing a new contract with his current club Bayern Munich, according to the Sun. Guardiola was keen on bringing the Germany international to the Etihad, but the paper said talks were being held to keep Kimmich in Germany past 2020.
