Celtic are set to get two transfer deals over the line, according to the latest transfer rumours.

The Glasgow club are poised to finalise their £300,000 deal to bring in St Mirren midfielder LEWIS MORGAN, according to the Daily Mail. The report claims that the Hoops are ready to complete the paperwork once the SPFL offices reopen on Wednesday.

Celtic fans won't get to see their new man in the famous green and white shirt anytime soon, however, as he will be loaned back to the Championship leaders for the remainder of the season. The 21-year-old has been a key part of the Saints' success so far, netting nine goals in 20 Championship starts.

Meanwhile, the same report also claims that Celtic are close to bringing in Australian midfielder LEO MAZIS. The 17-year-old was on trial in Glasgow last year and could now make the move. Mazis currently plays for Belconnen United in Australia's National Premier Leagues.

Rangers could be set to add Norwich City captain RUSSELL MARTIN to their squad for the remainder of the current season, according to the Herald. The 31-year-old defender is apparently keen on a loan move to his native Scotland with his playing time extremely limited in the English Championship this season. Martin has been at Norwich since 2009 and has been a regular in the team in the Championship and the Premiership until this season. He led his side to Championship play-off success at Wembley in 2015 and has 29 caps for Scotland.
