Northern Ireland forward Conor Washington signs for Hearts
SPFL side Hearts have completed the signing of Northern Ireland international striker Conor Washington.
The 27-year-old striker will join the Jambos on a two-year deal as a free agent on July 1st after being released from Sheffield United at the end of the season.
He is Hearts' second summer signing after the arrival of Livingston centre-back Craig Halkett.
Washington has previously played for Newport County, Peterborough United, Queens Park Rangers and Sheffield United.
He impressed in the latest round of World Cup fixtures for the Green and White Army as he scored the equaliser in the 2-1 away win over Estonia and will link with with Austin McPhee and Michael Smith.
The forward will wear the number 9 shirt at Tynecastle.
