Rangers could face a rematch against Progrès Niederkorn if they reach the next round of the Europa League.

Steven Gerrard's Gers take on Maribor in the third qualifying round and should they progress, will take on either Progrès or FC Ufa for a place in the Europa League group stages.

Progrès Niederkorn, of course, humiliated Rangers in the first qualifying round last season, the Luxembourg side winning 2-1 on aggregate.

Meanwhile, Hibernian will face either Dinamo Minsk or Zenit if they can get past Molde and Burnley will play Olympiacos or Luzern should they see off Istanbul Basaksehir.

Cork City's prize for beating Rosenborg would be a tie against FC Salzburg or FK Shkendija. The New Saints would take on Mamo or VIDI, should they get past FC Midtjylland.

Should Celtic get knocked out of the Champions League by AEK Athens, they would face a Europa League play-off tie against Spartaks Jurmala or Suduva.

The play-off matches will take place on August 23 and 30, with the draw for the group stages behing held on August 31.
