Watch: Chris Sutton and Ally McCoist clash over Celtic's tactics against PSG

"It says a lot about your knowledge of football."

Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton is becoming increasingly known for his bunt exchanges on BT Sport. And Friday night brought another one.

Speaking on the channel's coverage of Dundee's 2-1 victory over Rangers, Sutton clashed with Gers legend Ally McCoist when discussing Celtic's midweek 7-1 loss at the hands of PSG.

While Sutton felt the heavy defeat was simply down to a personnel problem when compared with the world class abilities of the PSG squad, McCoist reckoned Brendan Rodgers' formation didn't help their cause.

"He does play a structured formation but not one that suits playing against Paris Saint Germain," said McCoist.

"They conceded off two set pieces and a sloppy first goal the keeper should have saved," retorted Sutton.

And then it all kicked off. Watch it unfold right here:

They weren't finished there either. After Rangers were beaten, the pair picked up where they had left off:

So who was right?
