Wenger to Madrid or Milan?
Arsene Wenger has been linked with a return to management, with both AC Milan and Real Madrid expressing interest in securing his services.
Wenger is reportedly in advanced talks with AC Milan, with current boss Gennaro Gattuso coming under increasing pressure as his side sit fourth in Serie A, and ten points off leaders Juventus.
Reports in France suggest that the former Arsenal boss has been in talks with the club for several weeks now, ahead of a proposed return to management in January.
Meanwhile La Liga giants Real Madrid are also thought to be keen on landing Wenger, with the club's president Florentino Perez calling the Frenchman directly, although there is no suggestion that a formal offer was made, according to claims made by Paris United.
But Wenger has no shortage of options, it's being reported that he's also being eyed up by Paris Saint-Germain, who are understood to want him to take up the role of sporting director in a bid to settle an internal rift between manager Thomas Tuchel and current sporting director Antero Henrique,
The former Gunners gaffer recently revealed to Sky Sports that he missed being involved with football on a day to day basis, and suggested he was sure of a return next year.
"I'll be somewhere early next year but I do not know where, I got a good rest. I watched a lot of football, I miss it.", the 69 year old said.
With so many potential avenues open, Wenger is in huge demand, and will surely be back in the game in the coming months.
