Brazilian superstar Neymar limped out of his side's training session in Sochi this afternoon with a knock.
The 26-year old picked up the injury in their 1-1 draw with Switzerland after being fouled on 10 separate occasions, a World Cup record for the number of fouls on a single player.
"He was feeling pain thanks to the large number of fouls he suffered in the Switzerland game," a Brazil spokesman said on Tuesday.
The Brazilian Football Confederation revealed their key man will spend the rest of the day undergoing physiotherapy.
The Paris Saint Germain forward missed a large spell of the French season after breaking a bone in his foot back in February, and returned just in time for the World Cup.
Brazil take on Costa Rica on Friday afternoon and now they have a sweat on to see if their star man can play his part.
