Former Olympian Aimee Fuller has launched a new video podcast series asking well known celebrities and sporting stars how they get their Monday motivation.
The two-time Winter Olympic snowboarder, who lives near Holywood, has launched the 'Monday Mile' where she will chat with various public figures about their personal lives over the course of a mile-long walk.
Each episode plays out in real time, with Fuller asking how different celebrities get going after the weekend and if they have any help they can pass on from their own routines.
Episodes will be released every Monday and are the bitesize length of 20 to 25 minutes, with the hope that it will inspire people to be motivated to face their weeks head on.
The podcast will be available to listen to on Spotify, while a video version of the podcast is available on Fuller's Instagram page as well.
The first episode saw Fuller chat to TV and radio presenter Vick Hope about juggling work with wellness, experiencing burn out of the highest degree and sharing how important both music and movement have been to her life.
Coming on March 29, the second episode will feature former England footballer Wayne Bridge, who has remained in the public eye despite his retirement from the game in 2014.
Since then he's been into the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, taken his fitness to the next level and even taken on SAS Who Dares Wins, and will chat to Fuller about how he finds his motivation.
