Creedon appointed Tipperary manager

Peter Creedon has been appointed as manager of the Tipperary football team.

The Cork native had been serving as interim boss since the resignation of John Evans in March.

His selectors will be Gerry McGill and Michael O'Loughlin.

Under Creedon, Tipp enjoyed an extended run in the All-Ireland SFC Qualifiers before losing to Down.
