Dooley inspires victory over Scots

Ireland clinched the 2010 Hurling-Shinty International series with a 5-6 to 3-7 victory over Scotland at Inverness.

Three Shane Dooley goals, including a late winner, sealed the victory for the Irish.

Ronald Ross grabbed an early Scottish goal, but strikes from Dooley and Neil McManus had the sides level at half-time.

John MacDonald netted a second goal for Scotland, but Dooley responded, with Gareth Johnson hitting Ireland's fourth goal, before Offaly star Dooley completed his hat-trick.
