Fans toast champions Dublin

Around 40,000 Dublin fans turned up to greet the newly crowned All-Ireland champions in the capital on Monday night.

The Dublin players, who defeated Kerry by a point at Croke Park on Sunday, received a rapturous reception when they arrived at Merrion Square.

The crowd was addressed by manager Pat Gilroy and skipper Bryan Cullen

The squad later travelled to Skerries, home of team captain Cullen, where they were welcomed by another large crowd of supporters.
