Despite being outplayed for most of the game, Leitrim managed to sneak a victory over Antrim with a late Domhnaill Flynn free conversion.

Leitrim grabbed two early points, but a fifth minute Ryan Murray goal for Antrim put Antrim on top and they led by 1-6 to 0-6 at the break.

Following the restart Leitrim got back level when Darragh Rooney fired over a 56th-minute point. But seven minutes later Ryan Murray put Antrim back in front from a placed ball.

Leitrim were level again minutes later when Domhnaill Flynn tapped over a free.

Mark Plunkett got Leitrim in front once more when he put over a 66th minute point from an acute angle out on the right wing, but six minutes later Antrim made it level pegging when Patrick McBride split the Leitrim posts from a placed ball. After that Domhnaill Flynn second free conversion saved the day for a lucky Leitrim.
