St Colman’s 2-10 St Jarlath’s 0-15: For the first time in their history St. Colman’s, Newry won back to back Hogan Cup titles when they held off a spirited challenge from St. Jarlath’s at Croke Park.

St. Colman’s got off to a great start with Jack Haughey and Jerome Johnston both finding the net but St. Jarlath’s responded with two points from Adrian Varley.

The Newry lads were in control with Caolan Mooney converting two frees and landing a brace from play.

St. Jarlath’s, after securing three points from Sean Silke and one from Shane Walsh, turned things around with Walsh notching another five points and Adrian Nolan also on target. St. Colman’s only response came from Jerome and Ryan Johnston.
