Kilkenny crush Cork to make final

Kilkenny cruised into the All-Ireland SHC final with a 3-22 to 0-19 win over Cork to keep alive their five-in-a-row dream.

Kilkenny controlled the first half with a masterful performance, killing off the Cork challenge with goals from Eddie Brennan and Aidan Fogarty.

They led by 2-12 to 0-5 at the interval, before Cork staged a revival with scores from Ben O'Connor and Pat Horgan.

The Cats finished the job off with a third goal from Richie Power, who completed a 1-8 tally, having taken over free-taking duties from Henry Shefflin, a doubt for next month's decider after suffering a first-half knee injury.
