Sean McCormack held his nerve to covert a late free and earn a replay for Longford at Croke Park, where their Leinster SFC clash with Wexford finished level at 2-9 to 0-15.

Defender Rob Tierney had just shot what looked like the winner for Wexford, but they were forced to settle for a draw.

Two Paul Barden goals fired the Longford challenge, while Ciaran Lyng and Ben Brosnan hit the vital scores for a Wexford side that trailed by 1-6 to 0-7 at half-time.

Leitrim staged a strong second half performance to score a narrow 0-12 to 1-8 win over London in the Connacht SFC at Ruislip.

Padraig McGodrick's 32nd minute goal helped the Exiles to a 1-5 to 0-5 interval lead, but Emlyn Mulligan led Leitrim's fightback with some classy points, with Enda Williams and James Glancy also hitting important scores.

Down proved too strong for 14-man Fermanagh at Brewster Park, where they moved into the last four with a 2-10 to 1-8 win

Fermanagh attacker Daryl Keenan was shown a straight red card after just eight minutes, and Down took control, with Donal O'Hare's 21st minute goal helping them to a 1-6 to 0-3 interval lead.

Damien Kelly gave Fermanagh hope with a goal, but Conor Laverty's goal sealed it for Down as they moved on to a semi-final clash with Monaghan.
