Murphy hands Glenswilly victory

Michael Murphy netted an injury-time penalty to give Donegal champions Glenswilly a narrow 1-8 to 0-10 win over Cavan Gaels in an Ulster Club SFC preliminary round tie at Kingspan Breffni Park.

The sides were level at 0-6 each at half-time after Michael Lyng and Seanie Johnston had hit the target for Gaels, with Keelan McFadden and Murphy responding.

Conor McClarey gave Cavan the lead in the closing stages, but they were stunned by Murphy's late strike.
