O'Flaherty in Kildare start

Eoghan O'Flaherty has been rewarded for a string of impressive substitute appearances with a place in Kildare's starting line-up for Sunday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Meath at Croke Park.

He comes in at left half forward for Ken Donnelly in the only change from the side that saw off Monaghan in the final Qualifier round.

Dermot Earley has been passed fit to take his place at midfield alongside Daryl Flynn.

Meath boss Eamonn O'Brien has stuck with the team that recorded a controversial win over Louth in the Leinster final.

Paddy O'Rourke is once again available after serving his one-month suspension but O'Brien has kept faith with Brendan Murphy in goals.
