Walsh out for season

Kilkenny defender Tommy Walsh is likely to miss the remainder of the NHL campaign after suffering a shoulder injury in the first half of Sunday's Division One win over Waterford.

"It's the AC joint in his shoulder and it looks like he'll miss the rest of the league," said county PRO Conor Denieffe.

And JJ Delaney and Jackie Tyrrell are unlikely to face Dublin this weekend due to hamstring problems.

Tyrrell missed the clash with Waterford, while Delaney went off injured in the second half of the Nowlan Park clash.
