Jon Rahm is the 2017 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open champion.

He finished a full six shots ahead of the field thanks to closing round 65, even affording two bogeys in his final three holes.

It was a convincing performance from the 22 year-old Spaniard, who has the golfing world at his feet. His winning score of -24 was a full tree shots better than the previous Irish Open record of -21.

REACTION: Irish Open: Even the Spanish fans would struggle to top the Irish, says Jon Rahm

Meanwhile, 54 hole joint leader Daniel Im's final hole bogey proved costly as he surrendered the prize of a place in the Open Championship to tied second Richie Ramsey and Matthew Southgate as well as Ryan Fox.
