McIlroy shares third place

Rory McIlroy

Rory McIlroy finished five strokes adrift of Omega European Masters champion Thomas Bjorn in Switzerland on Sunday.

US Open champion McIlroy, who carded a final-round 68 for a 15-under-par total, tied for third place alongside Jamie Donaldson and Jaco van Zyl.

Bjorn matched the lowest round of his European Tour career - a superb 62 - to clinch the title, with Martin Kaymer alone in second after a 65.
