Stephanie shows the world what she can do
Sensational Stephanie Meadow holds a share of the lead going into the weekend at the ISPS Handa World Invitational at Galgorm Castle and Massereene.
The 27-year-old Jordanstown ace is dazzling her home fans with some excellent golf and holds the lead at four-under par in the women's side of the event alongside Belgium's Manon de Roey.
Cavan's Leona Maguire is among a group of seven who are just one shot back heading into today's third round, while Solheim Cup star Charley Hull is level-par.
"I've been close the last couple of days to doing something really nice, so I'm just going out tomorrow and keep doing more of the same," said Meadow.
On the men's side of the draw, England's Todd Clements got to seven-under par and holds a one-shot lead.
Torrential downpours yesterday morning saw tee times pushed back by two-and-a-half hours, leading to disruption. Sixteen-year-old Galgorm amateur Josh Hill continues to amaze as the best of the local hopes at two-under par, with Ardglass' Cormac Sharvin at one-under.
