Tuesday's Superstock Race at the Isle of Man TT has been cancelled.
The day's racing was called off in the morning by Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson "due to the continuing poor weather on the island."
Qualifying last week had been interrupted to the inclement conditions. The second qualifying session last Wednesday was shortened as riders completed just one full lap and Thursday's action was cancelled altogether. "Persistent low cloud and imminent heavy rain" made that one a "relatively straightforward" decision for Thompson.
There was also a two and a quarter hour delay to Monday's racing but Michael Dunlop would eventually claim his 14th TT success and his first of the week in the Monster Energy Supersport race.
A revised schedule for Wednesday and the rest of the week will be released shortly.
