Coleraine and District Motor Club have announced that Magherafelt company Strain Engineering is to be the new sponsor of the Thursday evening Superstock race at the 2020 fonaCAB and Nicholl Oils North West 200, which runs from May 10-16.
The four-lap race will run alongside Supertwin, Supersport and Superbike events during the second day of action on the north coast, featuring all the leading riders of the meeting, including all-time record winner at the event Alastair Seeley, Michael Dunlop, Glenn Irwin, Dean Harrison, Lee Johnston, Peter Hickman and Davey Todd.
Alan Mulholland, director of Strain Engineering, said: "As a company we are delighted to be part of this year's North West 200, Northern Ireland's largest annual sporting occasion that attracts visitors from all over the world."
Established in 1988, Strain Engineering has become one of Northern Ireland's leading industrial engineering companies with two fully equipped manufacturing facilities, one locally and one in the West Midlands.
Strain Engineering directors Stephen and Mark Mulholland added: "We have watched the North West 200 for many years and are looking forward to being part of it this year as proud sponsors of the Superstock race on Thursday, May 14."

Hickman is looking for his third successive win of this Thursday evening Superstock race having scored his only North West 200 victories in the 2017 race and when he repeated the feat a year ago when heading home Irwin, Dunlop and James Hillier.
