So You Think enhanced his already massive reputation with an effortless victory in the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh.

The Australian import (1-7 favourite) won on his Irish debut at a lower level, and this time easily secured his first Group One in Europe under Ryan Moore.

Aidan O'Brien's charge took up the running from pacemaker Windsor Palace fully two furlongs out and while Campanologist gave chase, he could never get to within hailing distance and went down by four and a half lengths, with the winner barely breaking sweat.

O'Brien said: "Ryan was delighted with him. The minute he asked him, he responded immediately.

"The plan was here and then the Prince Of Wales's Stakes (at Royal Ascot). It was important that Ryan got a sit on him.

"He is an incredible horse. When you look at him in races you notice that the others are flat to the boards around him. He'd have no problem winning a mile Group One race.

"We'll take it one race at a time with him and, as regards riding plans, we're lucky to have some top-class riders around."
