Charm pursues Fairyhouse riches

Arthur Moore's Cheltenham Festival winner What A Charm is set to next run in the Handicap Hurdle at the Fairyhouse Easter meeting on April 26.

The four-year-old was involved in one of the best finishes of the week in the Cotswolds, coming out on top by a neck from Kumbeshwar in the Fred Winter to give rider Paul Townend a first Cheltenham success.

The form has quickly worked out with the Alan King-trained Kumbeshwar giving Triumph Hurdle hero Zarkandar a race at Aintree last week.

Moore said: "The plan is to go for the big handicap hurdle at Fairyhouse. Hopefully she will get in as there will be a maximum field of only 16 runners.

"We will try to do Punchestown as well.

"She doesn't have a mark yet in Ireland, and maybe that run by Kumbeshwar at Aintree was a form boost we could have done without. We will have to see what the handicapper does."
