Cork goes ahead but chases moved

Following an inspection by Irish Turf Club officials, Sunday's meeting at Cork will go ahead.

However, the steeplechase course is unfit for racing as it is frozen in places, which has resulted in both scheduled races over fences being moved to Monday's meeting.

This means Sunday's card will now commence at 12.20pm and will comprise of five hurdle races and a bumper.

The races moved to Monday are the O'Connell Group Hilly Way Chase, which features Golden Silver, and the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Lombardstown Mares Novice Chase.
