Fallon free to ride Recital

Kieren Fallon has been given the go-ahead to ride Recital in Saturday's Investec Derby at Epsom after the High Court refused to grant an injunction preventing him from taking part.

Fallon has opted to partner Aidan O'Brien's colt, in preference to Native Khan, in the premier Classic. However, Ibrahim Araci, owner of the Ed Dunlop-trained Native Khan, took legal action against the jockey for an alleged breach of contract.

A judge in London granted the owners of Native Khan permission to appeal and it is understood there could be a hearing later today.
