Edinburgh fight back to shock Irish

Edinburgh came from behind to earn a deserved 20-19 Heineken Cup victory over London Irish at the Madejski Stadium.

Irish led 19-10 after 56 minutes, but fell away poorly in the second half to lose the Pool Two encounter as Stuart McInally's try and five points from the boot of Greig Laidlaw turned the game on its head.

Ross Samson scored the only try for the Exiles with Tom Homer kicking 14 points while a Lee Jones try and the boot of Harry Leonard provided Edinburgh's earlier scoring.
