England clinch Dubai title

England clinched the Emirates Airline Dubai Sevens title on Saturday with a 29-21 victory over reigning world series champions Samoa.

Harlequins scrum-half Ollie Lindsay-Hague scored twice to keep England in touch at half-time.

Ben Ryan's team had to mount a comeback from 21-12 down - and they did it with tries from Simon Hunt, Dan Norton and Mat Turner.

England, who had previously won the Dubai title in 2004 and 2005, beat Australia in the quarter-finals and New Zealand in the semis.
